This award celebrates businesses that leverage strategic marketing, digital technologies, data-driven insights, and compelling storytelling to drive growth, strengthen brand recognition, and attract visitors in the last 12 months. It recognizes organizations that make a significant contribution to the visibility and success of New Brunswick’s tourism industry through impactful marketing initiatives that inspire travel, increase visitation, and enhance the province’s reputation as a premier destination.

Eligibility Criteria:
Nominees must demonstrate excellence in the following areas:
Marketing Innovation and Digital Integration – Utilizes innovative marketing strategies, digital platforms, technologies, and tools to effectively reach and engage target audiences across multiple channels.
Results and Measurable Impact – Demonstrates significant and measurable outcomes resulting from marketing efforts, including increased visitation, bookings, customer engagement, market reach, revenue growth, or brand awareness.
Creativity and Brand Storytelling – Develops compelling, original, and memorable campaigns, content, and messaging that effectively communicate the organization's brand and tourism offerings.
Audience Development and Market Reach – Successfully attracts and engages new and existing audiences through strategic targeting, customer insights, and effective communication strategies.
Tourism Industry Leadership and Contribution – Contributes to the growth and visibility of New Brunswick’s tourism sector through destination promotion, partnerships, collaboration, and market development initiatives.
Strategic Excellence and Continuous Improvement – Demonstrates a commitment to strategic planning, performance measurement, innovation, and continuous improvement in marketing practices.
To recognize and celebrate a broader range of individuals, businesses, and organizations within the community, the same recipient may not win the same award category in two consecutive years. This policy is intended to promote greater diversity among award recipients while continuing to recognize excellence, leadership, and meaningful contributions throughout the community.
Judging Considerations:
Nominees will be evaluated based on:
- Innovation and effectiveness of marketing strategies, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
- Demonstrated results supported by measurable performance indicators such as website traffic, social media engagement, bookings, visitation, sales growth, media exposure, or return on investment.
- Creativity, originality, and effectiveness of branding, storytelling, and campaign execution.
- Success in expanding market reach, attracting new audiences, and strengthening customer engagement.
- Contributions to destination awareness, tourism growth, and industry collaboration within New Brunswick.
- Strategic use of data, research, and performance measurement to inform marketing decisions.
- Overall impact of marketing efforts on organizational success and New Brunswick’s tourism industry.
Ideal Recipients:
Tourism operators, attractions, accommodations, destination marketing organizations, event organizations, tour companies, transportation providers, and other tourism-related businesses in New Brunswick with annual revenue or an operating budget exceeding $500,000 that demonstrate excellence in marketing, innovation, audience growth, and tourism promotion.
Nomination Requirements:
Each nomination package must include:
- A completed nomination form.
- A written summary (max 750 words) describing the marketing strategy and its outcomes.
- Supporting documents (e.g., analytics reports, visuals, links to campaigns, testimonials).
- Optional: 1–2 letters of support from industry partners or clients.
