Introduction
The Tourism Industry Association of New Brunswick (TIANB) is embarking on a tour of the tourism regions to meet with industry stakeholders, strengthen the culture of hospitality, and highlight the importance of tourism to our communities and our economy. This tour will also raise awareness of the resources, tools, and training offered by TIANB.

- Review best practices in customer service and tourism hospitality.
- Rediscover the attractions and experiences unique to each region.
- Raise awareness of the real economic benefits of tourism.
- Present the resources, tools, and training offered by the AITNB.
- Foster dialogue and collaboration among tourism stakeholders.

Participants will receive a practical tourism ambassador toolkit designed to enhance customer service skills, strengthen destination knowledge, and help them confidently promote their region to visitors. Through interactive activities and real-world examples, participants will learn how to create memorable visitor experiences, deliver consistent and effective messaging, and better understand the economic impact of tourism in their communities.
Registration also includes session materials, take-home resources, and refreshments.
